In order to meet the specific needs of our Client requirements, we have tailor made packages as described below and can offer a combination of two options to support your projects. |
As a standalone service, we are able to recruit personnel based on our Client requirements and assist in initial deployment after which the employees would be transferred directly to the Client's payroll. In this instance we would endeavor to staff the majority of our requirements from the Indian sub-continent to avail of the lower cost of personnel and the similarly low cost of deployment. We believe such personnel could be well qualified and trained and would quickly adapt to the local environment in global settings. Charges for the service would be a one-time fee only, plus reimbursement of any deployment costs. |

Inclusive of Option 1,the service includes turnkey support of all personnel, including payroll and logistics management. In this instance, our Client would simply select candidates from our database, after which we would deploy personnel to the project country under internal local project managers. All employees would remain under internal HR and payroll while positioned for our Client. Charges for the service would be recurring monthly. |
Our recruitment process begins with a thorough study of our Client requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable applicants are submitted for review. With detailed job descriptions in hand, we are able to search a wide database of available personnel through enrollment in large, global employment services and our own interactive website for potential applicants.
In order to offer competitive rates, our first point of recruitment would be within India as we believe the candidates in this country are well qualified and highly suitable for the working conditions in a global setting. Notwithstanding, as and when required by our Clients we would be able to offer candidates from other areas of the world as may be appropriate for senior management positions. After an initial shortlist, we screen candidates to verify references, educational and personal background, medical clearances and legal clearances in order to ensure all are well qualified, thoroughly experienced and fully trained to handle the relevant description of duties. |

Upon completion of a shortlist, we would endeavor to submit to our Clients a minimum of three applicants per each single requirement. Applicant forms would be offered in a standardized format, in consultation with the client, and daily and weekly summaries of available candidates will be provided additionally.
All applicants will be available for telephone or video interview for final review and selection by our Clients. If required, applicants could be brought in for local interview (for senior level positions). |
Once selected, typical mobilization time for a candidate would range from 15 to 30 days, during which time the following services will be completed:
– Health testing – Paperwork and documentation review – Project review – Travel planning. |
